My experience with this hotel was incredibly frustrating. After booking, I received a message saying they couldn't provide the rooms I reserved, which was very unprofessional. Instead of trying to resolve the issue, they suggested I look for another place or accept smaller rooms. Ultimately, my reservation was canceled due to an invalid credit card, leaving me confused and disappointed. Not a good way to start my stay, and I won’t be coming back.
